Our stay at this Airbnb was outstanding—easily the best I’ve had in over a decade of using Airbnb. The hostess was very responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful, and the front desk staff/security were always friendly, polite, and ready to assist.She even arranged a wonderful driver to take our large family to the airport at 2:30 a.m., and he made two trips to accommodate all of us and our luggage, which meant so much to us. The place was spotless (a huge priority for me), the surroundings were beautiful, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.If I could give more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service and hospitality.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a large balcony that was the highlight of the experience. Yadira was an excellent host, very responsive, accommodating, and helpful.

This was my second stay at La Rosa del Rio Apartments in the past year, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated along the river in Guayaquil. Having 24-hour security is a huge plus. One of the highlights of staying here is the incredible hospitality provided by Yadira. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Throughout my stay, she offered excellent suggestions for daily activities, restaurants, and cultural experiences that helped me make the most of my time in Ecuador. Returning for a second stay confirmed what I already knew after my first visit—La Rosa del Rio Apartments is truly a special place. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding hospitality, beautiful river views and personalized attention makes it stand out from other places I’ve stayed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guayaquil and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful, clean, and well-organized place in a great location. We enjoy our stayed and appreciated the overall experience. Communication was smooth, and the home was confortable for our our family. The only small consideration is that , for a largely property with multiple bedrooms, the value could feel even better with a bit more flexibility for smaller families not using all the space. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would recommended it.

10/10. Highly recommend. Amazing value for such a large amount of space, beautifully decorated, very clean, right on the water, with a large balcony and views of the city. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops right downstairs. However, the apartment is quiet, and you can't hear any city noise. Would love to return. Plus, the host is very responsive and accommodating. They even had little touches like providing some laundry detergent and cold water upon check-in.
